Pure Water San Diego Phase II

The Pure Water San Diego Phase II project is a significant initiative aimed at expanding the city’s water recycling capabilities to enhance water supply reliability and sustainability. This phase builds upon the success of Phase I and focuses on further developing the infrastructure and systems necessary to treat and reuse wastewater for potable purposes.  Hoch is supporting the core planning team.

San Luis Rey Recycled Water Treatment Plant Design Build Project

Client: City of  Oceanside

The SLR Recycled Water Treatment Plant Design Build Project is an ambitious initiative undertaken by the City of Oceanside to enhance the capacity and efficiency of the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility (SLRWRF). This project significantly increased the production and distribution of reclaimed water, contributing to the city’s sustainable water management efforts.

RMWD Groundwater Feasibility Study

Client: Rainbow Municipal Water District

The Rainbow Municipal Water District (RMWD) Groundwater Feasibility Study is a comprehensive initiative aimed at evaluating the potential for groundwater recovery in the San Luis Rey Valley Groundwater Basin. This project evaluated the technical, financial, and environmental feasibility of utilizing groundwater resources to enhance water supply reliability for the District.
